French Onion Soup
Serves 4
5  large Onions (thinly sliced)
2  Thyme sprigs
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter

Chef Melanie’s Weekly Recipe: Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies:
6 oz. Brown Sugar
9 oz. Granulated Sugar
12 oz Butter (3 sticks)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 large eggs
