1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
12  ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
1 Tablespoon Dark Rum (Meyers)
1/2 to 1 cup finely ground cocktail peanuts

Banana Coffee Cake
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup mashed Ripe Banana
½ Cup Butter
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
