1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
12  ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
1 Tablespoon Dark Rum (Meyers)

Banana Coffee Cake
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup mashed Ripe Bananas
½ Cup Butter
3 eggs
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ tsp. Mace
2 tsp baking Powder
